Introduction:
We noticed during our experience for the last two years and especially with the schools the strong wish of all the collaborators in the educational system, to found and encourage ecological clubs in the private as well as in the public schools. However, these collaborators are faced on one hand with the limited capacities of these schools caused by the current economical situation, and on the other hand with the absence of a unified and coherent methodology used in ecological projects in which more than one school or clubs could assist successfully. And this was at least in the geographical area where we were working.
The aims:
Considering the needs listed above Ghadi’s association thought of helping the public and private schools in creating a unified methodology and applying it to progress in the continuous process of human development through focusing on ecological clubs and that is by applying the following:

Setting the correct principles and norms for the spread of the suitable information for the support of the ecological clubs in both public and private schools.

Inciting both students and teachers to take part in the ecological clubs of their schools for a better future.

Collaborating in the set of rules for the communal work involving all of the educational institutions and governmental and social committees in a way that would assert the best results.

Establishing an informational/statistical base covering the Lebanese territories for the profit of students and researchers in the ecological field.
The activities:
The activities suggested to achieve the mentioned aims include:
1. Establishing ecological clubs in a number of private and public schools.
2. Making sure of the serious involvement of the chosen schools, in addition to inciting teachers that volunteer seriously in each of these schools. As for students, they will be given the chance to enroll in these clubs and their active participation in the planning of ecological projects they agree on, will be necessary.
Hence, the students and their teachers would have to start working on the above-mentioned projects, according to the suitable methodology for a definite success. Moreover, these projects could involve different topics that need to be specified and that have to be united under one defined theme chosen by the students themselves.
3. Establishing a base that would afford statistical information gathered by a large number of students designated to inspect specific topics in different areas.
Partners and participating institutions:
Ghadi’s association has started to work since the beginning of the current scholarly year, on persuading a number of the schools that would be able to cooperate in this field. A number of private schools have already assured their participation.
In addition , the association has communicated with some active municipalities in the same regions of the participating schools. Another project of communication takes place with a number of the social institutions also in the same geographical area.
The Beneficiates from the project
If we consider that the project will have a start in at least five basic- education schools in the chosen geographical area , allowing for children of more than mine years of age to enroll in the clubs, then the number of the direct beneficiates from this project would be no less than two hundred students and teachers in each school , the number would mount to more than a thousand when considering the five schools.
Going further , if these students would benefit their parents and their closest social environment the number would rise to more than five thousand. We can add to that the amount of information and statistics that can be afforded by the students in their own surroundings benefiting therefore more people which serves as a base for the concerned persons to prepare a developmental plan.
The Anticipated results:
It is expected that this project would lead to the activation of the scholarly ecological clubs and to the establishment of the informational base needed by society in addition to setting a scientifically methodology for all the ecological projects executed in the context of the process of continuous human development by young generations. These generations starting to sense their ecological problems would work hand in hand to try to find solutions for what can be mended.
The maintenance of the project after the ceasing of sponsorship:
1- The maintenance of the project is assured by creating an internet site publishing the information that would be gathered in informational base , and that would be provided fairly and for free for all who are interested both in the public and private sectors.
2- From another respect, Ghadi’s association being uninterested in the profits could commit to the renewal of these information in the future and that is the work of the volunteers whose number is increasing.
The program
It is necessary to note that the project limited in time by the scholarly year , demands the volunteering of a number of the association ‘s members for the leadership of the clubs and that is for period of thirty weeks including the scholarly year.
The program will include:
1 – preparing the students for successful ecological projects according to the adopted methodology.
2 – Gathering information and statistics on topics forming the informational base mentioned before.
3 – creating a special Internet site, which the students and their teachers renew systematically.
4 – Providing the participation of different schools and institutions in the same chosen activity.
The evolution of the project:
Systematical reports will be done on the evolution of the project work at the end of each term. The reports will be available on internet for all who are interested from both public and private sectors .In this way a total and detailed evaluation of the whole project would be obtained with the aim of transferring it to the ministry of environment so that it would be in the future disseminated on other schools and institutions.
The evaluation plan and the spread of the experience:
Our experience along with its results will be published in the convenient publications in addition to the possibility of finding these information at any time on the internet site.
The Expectations :
Relying on studies and experimentations done by the association we are able to conclude that such a project could not be a failure unless there was discordance in the participation. But the available information allows the association to fairly anticipate the success of this experience regarding the excitement noticed at those to whom it was communicated.

المقدمة
تبين لنا من خلال تجربتنا وخاصة في المدارس، أن هناك رغبة قوية لدى جميع المتدخلين في العملية التربوية لتأسيس وتشجيع الأندية البيئية في المدارس الخاصة كما في الرسمية. لكن يصطدم هؤلاء المتدخلون بضعف الإمكانيات المتاحة لهذه المدارس في ظل الأوضاع الاقتصادية السائدة من ناحية، ولعدم توفر منهجية موحدة صحيحة ومعتمدة للقيام بمشاريع بيئية يمكن أن تتشارك فيها بنجاح أكثر من مدرسة أو ناد من ناحية ثانية.
الأهداف
ونظراَ للحاجات أعلاه نشأت لدى جمعية غدي الفكرة التي تهدف إلى مساعدة المدارس الرسمية والخاصة على اعتماد و توحيد منهجية عمل تسمح لها بالمضي قدما في عملية التنمية البشرية المستدامة من خلال التركيز على الأندية البيئية فيها وذلك من خلال ما يلي:
1- وضع المبادئ والأسس الصحيحة لنشر المعلومات السليمة لدعم الأندية البيئية في المدارس الرسمية والخاصة .
2- حث كل من التلامذة والمعلمين على الانخراط في الأندية البيئية المدرسية من أجل غد أفضل لهم
3- المساهمة في إرساء قواعد العمل الجماعي بيد واحدة فيما بين كل من المؤسسات التربوية والهيئات الحكومية والأهلية بشكل يضمن أفضل النتائج .
4- انشاء قاعدة معلومات/ احصاءات تغطي المناطق اللبنانية يستفيد منها التلامذة والباحثون في مجال البيئة
النشاطات
تشمل النشاطات المقترحة لتحقيق الأهداف المذكورة ما يلي:
1-إقامة أندية بيئية في مدارس مختلفة ومنتقاة في منطقة جغرافية معينة من القطاعين العام والخاص.
2- ضمان مشاركة جدية للمدارس المنتقاة إضافة إلى تجنيد المتطوعين الجديين من المعلمين في كل منها وفتح الباب أمام التلامذة للانخراط في هذه الأندية وتأمين مشاركتهم الفعالة في تفصيل المشاريع البيئية التي يتوافقون على إقامتها.
وفي هذا السياق سيضطر التلامذة ومعلموهم إلى أن يبدأوا أعمالهم بتحديد المشاريع السالفة الذكر باستعمالهم المنهجية المناسبة لذلك والتي تؤهل مشاريعهم للنجاح .هذا و يمكن لهذه المشاريع أن تتضمن أمورا مختلفة يتم تحديدها لكن يفترض أن يجمع بينها هذا العام طابع موحد يتم اختياره من قبلهم.
3-إقامة قاعدة معلومات إحصائية يساهم في تغذيتها عدد كبير من التلامذة الذين سيعملون في مناطق مختلفة لتجميع معلومات متفرقة عن أمور معينة توكل إليهم بحيث يستفيد منها كل هؤلاء
الشركاء والجهات المشاركة
أن جمعية غدي قد بدأت منذ بداية العام الدراسي الحالي مع من المدارس التي يمكن أن تكون قابلة للتعاون في هذا المجال.
هذا وقد تم ايضاً الاتصال ببعض البلديات الناشطة و التي تقع المدارس المتعاونة في نطاقها، أضافة إلى بدء مشروع تواصل مع عدد من مؤسسات المجتمع المدني في نفس المنطقة الجغرافية.
المستفيدون من المشروع
إذا اعتبرنا أن المشروع سيبدأ مع خمس مدارس للتعليم الأساسي في المنطقة الجغرافية المختارة وسمحنا للتلامذة الذين تزيد أعمارهم عن التسع سنوات في الانخراط في هذه الأندية فيكون عدد المستفيدين مباشرة من هذا المشروع في كل مدرسة لا يقل عن مئتي تلميذ ومعلم و يصبح هذا العدد أكثر من ألف إذ احتسبت المدارس الخمس . واستطراداً إذا أفاد هؤلاء التلامذة اهلهم ومحيطهم المباشر فيصبح عدد المستفيدين مباشرة أكثر من خمسة آلاف. أضف إلى ذلك ما يمكن أن يوفره هؤلاء في تجميع الإحصاءات والمعلومات في مناطقهم ليستفيد منها سائر القاطنين فيها وتشكيل القاعدة اللازمة لاعداد خطة تنموية شاملة مناسبة من قبل المعنيين بذلك.
النتائج المتوقعة
يتوقع أن ينتج عن هذا المشروع تفعيل الأندية البيئية المدرسية و وضع الأرضية الأساسية لقاعدة المعلومات التي يحتاج إليها المجتمع المدني إضافة إلى تحديد منهجية علمية لكل المشاريع البيئية في نطاق التنمية البشرية المستدامة من قبل الأجيال الصاعدة ، هذه الأجيال التي ستبدأ بتحسس مشاكلها البيئية والاشتراك فيما بينها لمحاولة حلها واصلاح ما يمكن إصلاحه.
آلية استمرار المشروع بعد انتهاء التمويل
1- أن استمرارية المشروع مضمونة بوضع هذا الموقع الخاص على الإنترنت الذي سينشر المعلومات التي ستتجمع في قاعدة المعلومات بشكل منصف لجميع الراغبين بذلك في القطاعين العام والخاص وذلك بدون أي تكلفة.
2- من ناحية أخرى فأن جمعية غدي التي لا تتوخى الربح يمكن أن تلتزم بتجديد هذه المعلومات في المستقبل وذلك بواسطة المتطوعين المنخرطين في صفوفها والذين يزداد عددهم مع الوقت.
برنامج العمل
تجدر الإشارة إلى أن المشروع التي تتحدد مدته بالسنة الدراسية سيستوجب قيام عدد الاشخاص المختصين والذين سيتطوعون لإدارة هذه الأندية المدرسية على فترة التي تتشكل منها السنة المدرسية.
سيتمحور برنامج العمل حول ما يلي:
1- تحضير التلامذة لتمكنيهم من القيام بالمشاريع البيئية الناجحة حسب المنهجية المعتمدة.
2- جمع المعلومات والإحصاءات عن الأمور التي ستشكل قاعدة المعلومات السابق ذكرها.
3- وضع موقع خاص على الانترنت يتم تحديثه دورياً بتصرف التلامذة ومعلميهم.
4- تأمين المشاركة الجماعية للمؤسسات و المدارس المختلفة في نفس النشاط المختار.
· تأسسيس المشتل البيئي:
يجب على كل مدرسة تأمين قطعة ارض صغيرة ملاصقة للمدرسة اوتخصيص مساحة صغير من الملعب يمكن سقفها بخيمة لتجنب اشعة الشمس المباشرة.
- على التلميذ من كل صف ان يقوم بزرع حبتين من الصنوبر في وعاء مخصص (طريقة الزرع والمعلومات العامة مرفقة) والاعتناء بالزرع (ري ومتابعة) على ان يأخذ الغرسة معه نهاية العام وزرعها في جوار منزله.
تطور العمل
يتم إعداد تقارير دورية عن تطور العمل في نهاية كل فصل، يوضع بعدها التقرير في متناول جميع المتدخلين فيه من قطاع عام أو قطاع خاص بواسطة نشره بالإنترنت و بحيث يتم في نهاية العام الدراسي إعداد تقييم شامل ومفصل عن التجربة بمجملها وذلك بهدف وضعها في متناول وزارة البيئة من أجل تعميمها مستقبلاً على مدارس ومؤسسات أخرى.
خطة التقييم ونشر التجربة
سيتم نشر التجربة ونتائجها بواسطة المنشورات المناسبة إضافة إلى إمكانية الوصول إلى جميع المعلومات في أي وقت بواسطة الموقع الخاص على الإنترنت.
الرصد
إن مشروع كهذا وبالاستناد إلى الدراسات المعمقة والميدانية التي قامت بها الجمعية لا يمكن أن يفشل إلا في ظل خلل في مشاركة المتدخلين فيه ، لكن المعلومات المتوافرة للجمعية تسمح لها بأن تجمع بصورة عادلة على نجاح هذه التجربة نظراً للحماس الذي لمسته لدى من تواصلت معهم بهذا الشأن.
المخاطر
أما مخاطر المشروع فتتلخص في ظل النوايا السليمة لانجاحه بعدم التمكن من الإقلاع به بسبب المعوقات المادية.
